Cheap and simple macaroni

Ingredients
1.6 dl Macaroni
1 st Egg
1 dl Low-fat milk
1 tsp Vegetable stock
1 ml Salt
0.5 ml Black pepper
0.5 ml White pepper
2 tbs Leek
1 dl Smoked ham shredded
0.7 tsp Olive oil
0.5 dl Grated lean cheese 12%
Instructions
1. Start by cooking the macaroni according to the package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, whisk together the egg, milk, stock and spices in a bowl. Once the macaroni is cooked, stir in the ham and cheese.
3. Slice the leek, sauté the onion in olive oil until lightly golden, then add the ham and macaroni mixture.
4. Cook everything together over medium heat for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Finally, add the cheese and remove the pan from the heat once it has melted.
6. Enjoy your meal!
