What is included in a subscription?

  • A subscription gives you full access to all features in the app – training programs, meal plans, recipes, training diary, diet registration, and much more! You also get access to our recipe bank with hundreds of healthy recipes and the ability to track your progress, edit sessions, and create your own workouts.


How much does it cost?

  • The price of our subscription depends on the period you choose. You can choose to pay monthly, quarterly, every six months, or annually. All current prices can be found under “Join”.


Can I try the app for free?

  • Yes! We offer a free trial period for new users. The trial period lasts for one week and starts automatically when you choose a subscription. If you do not wish to continue after the trial period, you need to cancel before the first payment is made.


How do I register?

    • Choose the subscription that suits you best.
    • Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
    • Log in with the profile you created and get started!
  • 💡 Tip: We recommend registering via the website for the best price and faster support. However, you can also register directly in the app.


How do I cancel my subscription?

    • Log in to our website.
    • Go to your account settings.
    • Select the option to cancel the subscription.
  • Please note that your subscription remains active until the end of your payment period. 👉 If you purchased via the App Store or Google Play, you need to cancel the subscription directly through their apps.


How do I change my subscription?

  • To change your subscription:

    • Go to account settings
    • Cancel your current subscription.
    • Choose a new subscription when your current period has expired.

Can I cancel at any time? Is there a binding period?

  • Yes! You can cancel at any time, there is no binding period. However, please note that the subscription renews automatically if you do not actively cancel it before the next payment period.


Why have I been charged again even though I chose 3 months?

  • Since our service is a subscription with automatic renewal, you need to cancel it yourself to avoid future charges. Make sure to cancel in time if you do not wish to continue.


How do I change my card information?

  • Go to account settings and click on the "Subscriptions" tab to update your payment method. Changes apply to future payments. Contact us if you need help!


Can I change the billing date?

  • No, unfortunately, you cannot change the billing date for an ongoing subscription. If you want a new date, you need to cancel your current subscription and sign up for a new one on the desired date.


Can I use my wellness allowance?

  • Yes! We are connected to most wellness portals such as:

    • ePassi
    • Benifex
    • Söderberg & Partners (Benefits)
    • Wellnet
  • ➡️ Does your employer have an agreement with any of these? Order through the portal and contact us for activation.
    ➡️ If you instead need a receipt to submit manually, we are happy to assist you with this after your purchase – contact us via email!
