Roasted almonds

Ingredients
2 dl Almonds
1 dl Stevia Sweet sweetener
1 tsk Cinnamon
0.2 krm Salt
1 dl Water
Instructions
1. Lightly roast almonds in a frying pan.
2. Add water and sweetener. Cook while stirring until the sweetener has dissolved and starts to crystallize on the almonds.
3. Stir in the cinnamon and a pinch of salt, mixing well to coat the almonds evenly.
4. Pour the almonds onto parchment paper and let them cool and harden.
5. Once the almonds have cooled, sprinkle a bit sweetener and cinnamon over them. Mix well to evenly coat the almonds.
6. Store them in an airtight container.
