Ingredients
1 st BBQ salmon fillet piece
60 g Basmati rice
0.17 g Cucumber
0.5 st Avocado
1 dl Edamame beans
1 dl Mango
Cilantro fresh
Instructions
1. Cook the rice and place it in the bottom of a bowl.
2. Dice the cucumber, avocado, and mango.
3. Add the vegetables, mango, and edamame beans on top of the rice.
4. Top with the BBQ salmon.
5. Garnish with fresh coriander if desired. Serve and enjoy!
