Cucumber rolls sushi style

Ingredients
150 g Cold smoked salmon
1 dl Philadelphia light
1 st Cucumber
0.5 st Avocado
2 tbs Ginger pickled
2 tbs Japanese soy sauce
2 tsp Wasabi
Instructions
1. Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on a flat surface.
2. Slice the cucumber in long strips.
3. Overlap the cucumber slices to form a large rectangle.
4. Place paper towels on top of the cucumber to absorb any excess moisture.
5. Spread cream cheese evenly over the cucumber, then add the smoked salmon and sliced avocado on top.
6. Roll everything up tightly.
7. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes to firm up (this makes it easier to slice), then cut into pieces with a sharp knife.
8. Serve with pickled ginger, soy sauce and wasabi.
