Spicy tuna sandwich

Ingredients
1 can of tuna
2 tbsp Greek yogurt (0% fat)
1 tbsp light mayonnaise
5 cl red onion, finely chopped
5 cl spring onion, finely chopped
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 tsp Sriracha
4 slices of whole-grain bread (such as Pågen Energi)
10 cl low-fat cheese
Instructions
Finely chop the onion.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a smooth mixture. Season to taste.
Spread the tuna mixture onto the bread.
Top with cheese.
Grill the sandwich in an air fryer, oven, or sandwich press until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
