Ingredients
6 medium tortilla bread
500g lean ground beef (10%)
1 taco spice mix
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup light creme fraîche, red pepper/chili flavor
1/2 cup l light creme fraîche
1/2 can taco sauce
0.8 cup grated light cheese
Instructions
Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Mix crème fraîche and taco sauce together.
Chop the onion. Fry onion and minced meat. Add water if necessary, then add the spcice and the creme fraîche stir.
Save a little stir to attache the bread together.
Add the minced meat to the bread and place on an ovenproof plate, tip: use a little of the stir to attach the bread together.
Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
Cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
Serve with a salad of your choice. For example: corn, red onion, red pepper, cucumber and tomato.
