Salmon and sweet potato mash

Ingredients
500 g Salmon fillet
600 g Sweet potato
150 g Apetina White cheese 10%
1 msk Olive oil
Chili flakes
Bell pepper powder
Salt
Black pepper
2 dl Parsley fresh
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
2. Peel the sweet potato and cut them into cubes. Place them in an ovenproof dish, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with a little olive oil.
3. Season the salmon with salt, paprika powder, and chili flakes.
4. Bake everything in the oven for about 25 minutes.
5. Make sure that the sweet potatoes are soft before you mash them. Top with crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley.
6. Serve!
