Souvlaki skewers with tzatziki and Greek salad

Ingredients
600 g Pork tenderloin
0.5 st Lemon
Oregano dried
Thyme
1 st Garlic clove
3 msk Olive oil
250 g Turkish yogurt 10%
1 st Garlic clove
0.5 st Cucumber
Salt
Salad seasoning
0.5 st Crisp lettuce
0.5 st Cucumber
2 st Tomato
1 st Red onion
2 dl Olives green
2 dl Black olives
150 g Apetina White cheese 10%
15 g Olive oil
Instructions
1. Soak the wooden skewers in water for 30â45 minutes.
2. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out the excess water. Mix it with the yogurt.
3. Add pressed garlic, salt, and spices. Keep the tzatziki in the fridge until ready to serve.
4. Cut the pork tenderloin into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
5. Squeeze over the lemon juice, add oil and herbs, and mix well.
6. Thread the marinated pork pieces onto the skewers.
7. Grill the skewers until the meat is fully cooked.
8. Chop the vegetables and place them in a bowl. Drizzle with some olive oil.
9. Serve the skewers with the salad and tzatziki.
