Christmas porridge

Ingredients
50 g Uncooked basmati rice
1.5 dl Low-fat milk
1 msk Sweetener
1 krm Salt
1 krm Cinnamon
6 msk Philadelphia light
1 dl Vanilla quark 0,2%
2 dl Low-fat milk

Instructions
1. Bring plenty of water to a cook in a saucepan. Add the rice and boil for about 15 minutes. Drain the water and leave the rice in the pot.
2. Add milk, salt, and sweetener. Stir and bring to a gentle boil, stirring regularly.
3. Lower the heat slightly and simmer for 10–12 minutes, until the rice reaches a creamy porridge consistency. Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
4. Remove from heat and stir in the cinnamon, Philadelphia, and vanilla quark.
5. Serve warm with a splash of milk and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
