Taco gratin with rice
Portions: 15
Ingredients
900 g Basmati rice
1500 g Ground beef 5%
2 st Red bell pepper
280 g Corn
1000 g Canned crushed tomatoes
3 package Taco seasoning mix
300 g Philadelphia light
4 dl CrĂšme fraĂźche light
300 g Grated lean cheese 12%
125 g Jalapeños pickled
Instructions
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
2. Chop the bell pepper and drain the corn.
3. Fry the minced meat in the meantime. Add the taco seasoning and vegetables, and fry for another couple of minutes.
4. Pour over the crushed tomatoes and let shimmer for 5 minutes.
5. Mix creme fraiche and Philadelphia cheese.
6. Place the rice at the bottom of a large oven dish or several smaller ones. Pour over the meat sauce.
7. Pour over the creme fraiche- & Philadelphia mix and spread it over evenly.
8. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
9. Bake in the oven at 225°C (437°F) for about 20 minutes until the cheese is nicely browned.
10. Top with jalapeños!
