Portions: 4
Ingredients
500g pork tenderloin
600g potatoes
1 bell pepper (approx. 150g)
2 garlic cloves (approx. 12g)
15 olives without seeds (approx. 170g)
250g baby plum tomatoes
2 red onions (approx. 200g)
150g white cheese (10%)
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Marinade for pork tenderloin:
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce (Chinese)
2 garlic cloves, grated
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
Prepare the pork tenderloin by marinating it according to the ingredients list.
Once the pork has marinated, slice it and preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F).
Chop the potatoes, bell pepper, and red onion.
Place the pork, potatoes, bell pepper, tomatoes, and red onion in an ovenproof dish.
Put the dish in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Then, top with crumbled white cheese, oregano, and olives, and leave in the oven for another 3-4 minutes.
Serve with a sauce of your choice (we recommend homemade tzatziki).
