Greek hash with pork tenderloin

Ingredients
500 g Pork tenderloin
600 g Potatoes
1 st Red bell pepper
2 st Garlic clove
15 st Green olives with paprika
250 g Baby Plum tomatoes
150 g Apetina White cheese 10%
2 st Red onion
Salt
Black pepper coarse
Oregano dried
2 msk Olive oil
2 msk Chinese soy
2 st Garlic clove
0.5 tsk Chili flakes
0.5 tsk Salt
Instructions
1. Marinate the pork tenderloin according to the ingredient list, along with pressed garlic.
2. Once marinated, preheat the oven to 225°C (435°F) and slice the pork.
3. Chop the potatoes, bell pepper, and red onion. Press in additional garlic if you want a stronger flavor.
4. Place the pork, potatoes, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and red onion in an ovenproof dish.
5. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes.
6. Top with crumbled feta cheese, oregano, and olives. Bake for another 3â4 minutes.
7. Serve with a sauce of your choice â we recommend homemade tzatziki!
