2 st Weetabix
15 g Whey vanilla
100 ml Almond milk barista
1 msk Sweetener
150 g Vanilla quark 0,2%
2 msk Philadelphia lactose free
1 msk White chocolate
3 st Strawberries
Instructions
1. It is recommended to prepare the recipe directly in a food container or serving glass.
2. Start by crushing the Weetabix biscuits into fine crumbs. Mix them with the sweetener, cardamom, almond milk, and the protein powder.
3. Add in a little milk at a time until you reach the desired consistency. Add more if needed.
4. Use a spoon to press the mixture down to form a base, like a cheesecake crust.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the quark and Philadelphia.
6. Add the mashed strawberries and mix until smooth.
7. Pour the mixture over the Weetabix base and top with melted white chocolate
8. Let it set in the fridge for at least of 2 hours before serving.
