15 g whey protein (optional, but recommended is vanilla flavor)
50 ml almond milk - no sugars
1 tbsp granulated sweetener
0.5 tsp cardamom
150 g vanilla quark/protein yoghurt
2 tbsp light cream cheese
Optional decoration (recommended: melted chocolate and fruit)
Instructions
Recommended is to do the whole recipe in a food container/plate straight away.
Start by breaking the Weetabix and mix with the almond milk (pour a little milk at a time until you reach desired texture, add more milk if needed), granulated sweetener, cardamom and protein powder.
Use a spoon to press the dough out (like a cheesecake bottom).
In a separate bowl, whisk together the quark and cream cheese.
Add mashed strawberries and mix.
Then pour it over the Weetabix mixture.
Let it set in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
