Soft gingerbread

Ingredients
1 st Banana
0.5 dl Oats
50 g Casein vanilla
1 tsk Baking powder
1 dl Oat milk
0.5 dl Water
2 tsk Gingerbread spice
50 g Philadelphia light
2 msk Sweetener
1 st Gingerbread
Instructions
1. Mix all the ingredients into a smooth batter.
2. Pour the batter into a greased mold and bake at 180°C for about 25 min.
3. As the cake has cooled down, mix together the frosting and spread on the cake.
4. Sprinkle crumbled gingerbread on top!
