Beef wok with rice

Ingredients
400g beef
240g brown rice
1 carrot (approx. 70g)
Broccoli (approx. 120g)
2 red chili fruits (approx. 30g)
3 green onions (approx. 50g)
1 tablespoon soya
1 tbsp barbeque sauce
2 cubes of meat bullion cube
Salt, pepper and garlic powder
Instructions
Boil the rice.
Slice the beef, broccoli, carrots, green onions and fresh chili.
Fry the carrots and broccoli.
Add the beef, chili and green onion.
Let fry for a minute.
Add the soy, the meat broths, the barbeque.
Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
