Ingredients
400 g Thin beef steak
240 g Long-grain brown rice
1 st Carrot
120 g Broccoli
2 st Chili pepper
3 st Green onions
1 msk Japanese soy sauce
15 g BBQ sauce & glaze
2 st Meat stock
Salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Instructions
1. Boil the rice according to package instructions.
2. Slice the beef, broccoli, carrots, green onions and fresh chili.
3. Fry the carrots and broccoli in a pan.
4. Add the beef, chili and green onions. Fry for about 1 minute.
5. Stir in the soy sauce, meat broth, and BBQ sauce.
6. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
7. Serve with the cooked rice and enjoy!
