Zucchini wrap with mozzarella

Ingredients
1 st Zucchini
150 g Parmesan cheese grated
200 g Mozzarella
1 st Tomato
50 g Lettuce
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Slice the zucchini. Arrange the zucchini slices overlapping into four rectangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake for about 15 minutes, until the cheese has melted and turned golden.
4. Meanwhile, slice the tomato and mozzarella.
5. When the zucchini is done, fold it over and fill with lettuce, mozzarella, and tomato slices.
