Ingredients
1 liba bread
200 g chicken
1/2 cucumber
1/2 cup mix salad
100 g cocktail tomatoes
1/2 red onionÂ
1 lime
1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 dl tzatzikiÂ
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Cut the chicken in small piecesÂ
Add salt & peper and spices of your choice (garlic powder for example)Â
Grill or cook in the oven
Meanwhile, chop all the vegetables
Add rice vinegar and squeeze lime juice, then mix togetherÂ
Take the libabread and cut in half
Add tzatziki on top, then chicken and the vegetable-mix
Fold over and enjoy!
