Liba wrap greek style

Ingredients
1 liba bread
200 g chicken
1/2 cucumber
1/2 cup mix salad
100 g cocktail tomatoes
1/2 red onion
1 lime
1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 dl tzatziki
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Cut the chicken in small pieces
Add salt & peper and spices of your choice (garlic powder for example)
Grill or cook in the oven
Meanwhile, chop all the vegetables
Add rice vinegar and squeeze lime juice, then mix together
Take the libabread and cut in half
Add tzatziki on top, then chicken and the vegetable-mix
Fold over and enjoy!
