Halloumi stroganoff

Ingredients
60 g rice (uncooked)
¼ Onion
80 g halloumi
1 tbsp (15 g) tomato purée
100 g crushed tomatoes
50 g light cooking cream
1 tbsp water
Salt, pepper
¼ Vegetable Bouillon Cube
Instructions
Boil the rice. Peel, chop and fry the onion.
Cut the halloumi into cubes and fry them with the onion until it's golden.
Add tomato purée, crushed tomatoes, cooking cream and water. Add the Bouillon cube and season with salt and pepper.
Let shimmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Serve with the rice and a salad of your choice!
