Ingredients
0.66 dl Oat flour
3 tbs Semolina
1 tbs Sweetener
1 ml Salt
1 tbs Liquid margarine
2 dl Low-fat milk
2 dl Vanilla quark 0,2%
2 tbs Raspberry jam low-calorie
Instructions
1. Mix all the ingredients (except for the vanilla quark and jam), in a saucepan and boil while stirring until it becomes thick.
2. Remove and stir in the quark.
3. Then put in the fridge overnight or eat it hot with jam and, if desired, a splash of milk!
