Chicken burger

Ingredients
600 g Minced chicken
4 st Wholemeal hamburger bun
2 st Avocado
3 st Tomato
1 st Red onion
0.5 st Cucumber
4 st Salad
Salt
Black pepper
1 tsk Olive oil
Instructions
1. Slice the avocado, tomato, red onion and cucumber.
2. Place the minced chicken in a bowl. Add salt and pepper, then mix well.
3. Heat a pan and add the olive oil. Divide the chicken mixture into four portions and shape into patties. Fry until cooked through.
4. Time to assemble the burgers! Start by placing avocado on the bottom bun, followed by the chicken patty. Top with tomato, cucumber, and red onion.
5. Serve with salad!Â
