Cut the avocado, tomato, red onion and cucumber in slices. Put the minced chicken in a bowl. Add salt and pepper and mix. Heat up the pan and add oil in it. Split the minced chicken in 4, and shape like burgers. Fry until cooked through. It's time to fill the hamburger bread. Start with avocado in the bottom. Put the burger over. Add tomato, cucumber and red onion. Serve with salad!
