Sweet chili halloumi

Ingredients
2 portions rice (120 gr)
200 gr halloumi
4 table spoons sweet chili sauce (less sugar)
1 chopped chili
1 table spoon oil
Salt
Instructions
Boil the rice
Slice the halloumi into sticks
Mix together with chili and sweet chili sauce
Fry the halloumi in oil until they get soft and smooth. Serve with rice.
