Ingredients
6 st Tortilla medium
500 g Ground beef 5%
24 g Taco seasoning mix
1 st Onion
2 st Garlic clove
1 dl Creme fraiche with bell pepper & chili 11%
1 dl Crème fraîche light
115 g Taco sauce medium
2 dl Grated lean cheese 12%
Instructions
1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
2. Mix crème fraîche and taco sauce together.
3. Chop the onion. Fry onion and minced meat. Add water if necessary, then add the spcice and the creme fraîche stir.
4. Save a little stir to attache the bread together.
5. Add the minced meat to the bread and place on an ovenproof plate, tip: use a little of the stir to attach the bread together.
6. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
7. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
8. Serve with a salad of your choice. For example: corn, red onion, red pepper, cucumber and tomato.
