Smashed tortilla burger

Ingredients
400 g Ground beef 5%
8 st Tortilla original small
50 g Lettuce
50 g Cucumber
50 g Cucumber pickled
8 tsk American dressing light
Salt
Black pepper
Instructions
1. Roll the ground beef into 8 balls.
2. Press each ball onto a tortilla until it covers the entire surface.
3. Place in a pan, meat side down, and fry.
4. When the meat is cooked through, flip and fry the tortilla side. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Serve with lettuce, cucumber, pickled cucumber, and a little dressing on top.
