1. Put the oats in a saucepan, add 1 cup of water and a pinch of salt. Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stir from time to time and watch carefully so it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
2. Chop the apple and fry it in oil, sweetener and cinnamon.
3. Mix the casein with 1/2-1 cup of water (depending on wished texture).
4. Serve the porridge with the casein-pudding and fried apple!
