Ingredients
280 g Pasta
400 g Scampi
3 msk Pesto
100 g Cherry tomatoes
1 msk Olive oil
100 g Zucchini
Salt
Black pepper
Instructions
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the scampi until just cooked.
3. Add cherry tomatoes and grated zucchini, sauté for a few minutes.
4. Season with salt and black pepper.
5. Combine the pasta with the scampi and vegetables. Stir in the pesto and mix well before serving.
