Ingredients
1 package Asian wrap rice flour
800 g Chicken breast fillet
1 tbs Olive oil
3 tbs Sweet Chili Sauce Less Sugar
1 st Mango
1 st Avocado
0.5 st Green onions
1 st Lime
20 g Cilantro fresh
40 g Peanuts
4 tsp Sweet Chili Mayo
Instructions
1. Slice the chicken into small pieces.
2. Heat a frying pan with a little oil. Cook the chicken until fully cooked and nicely browned.
3. Add sweet chili sauce and stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
4. Meanwhile, dice the mango and avocado. Chop the spring onion, cilantro, and peanuts.
5. Warm the tortillas according to the package instructions.
6. Top the tortillas with chicken, mango, avocado, spring onion, cilantro, peanuts, and a drizzle of sweet chili mayo.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
