Simple strawberry cake
Portions: 4
Ingredients
1 st Egg
2 dl Quark vanilla
2 dl Whole grain oat flour
0.5 tbs Honey
1.5 tbs Sweetener
1.5 tsp Baking powder
1.5 tsp Vanilla extract
1.5 tsp Cardamom
1.5 dl Quark vanilla
40 g Philadelphia light
1.5 tbs Sweetener
7 st Strawberries
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat).
2. In a bowl, mig together all the ingredients for the batter. Pout it into a greased round baking dish.
3. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the three ingredients for the topping and keep it in the fridge until needed.
4. Once the cake is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool completely.
5. Spread the topping evenly over the cake and finish with sliced strawberries on top!
