Simple strawberry cake

• 1 medium Egg
• 200 g Vanilla quark 0.2%
• 1/2 cup oat flour
• 1/2 tbsp Agave Syrup / Honey / Maple Syrup
• 1 1/2 tbsp Sweet sprinkles
• 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
• 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Aroma
• 1 1/2 tsp Cardamom

Topping;

• 150 g Vanilla quark 0.2%
• 40 g cream cheese 11%
• 1 1/2 tbsp Sweet sprinkles
• 170 g sliced strawberries

1. Start by setting the oven to 200° top and bottom heat.
2. Then mix all the ingredients for the batter and pour into a regular round (and greased) baking dish.
3. Set in the middle of the oven for approx. 30 min. In the meantime, take the opportunity to mix the 3 ingredients for the topping, and place in the fridge in the meantime.
4. Take the cake out and leave to cool when it is finished in the oven.
5. Spread the topping and finish by adding the sliced strawberries!
