Ingredients
1 st Liba bread
200 g Chicken fillet
0.5 st Tomato
8 msk Crème fraîche light
1 dl Shredded light cheese 12%
0.25 st Red onion
1 handful Arugula
1 msk Olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 225 °C.
2. Cook the chicken with your choice of spices.
3. While the chicken is cooking, brush olive oil on the bread.
4. Spread half of the crème fraîche on the bread.
5. Sprinkle cheese and distribute the cooked chicken on the bread.
6. Add red onion, arugula, and tomatoes to the pizza.
7. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
8. Top with remaining crème fraîche.
9. Enjoy your meal!
