Luxurious mini pizzas

Ingredients
65 g Wheat flour
0.5 tsk Baking powder
85 g Greek yogurt 0%
80 g Pear
50 g Chèvre
5 g NICK'S fiber syrup
30 g Granola hazelnuts dates
Instructions
1. Mix together the ingredients for the pizza dough. Divide into four equal pieces and roll out.
2. Spread the cream cheese, sliced pears, pour over granola for a little extra crunch and finally drizzle over some fiber syrup.
3. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
