Microwaved Christmas porridge with juice sauce

Ingredients
0.66 dl Basmati rice
1.5 dl Low-fat milk
1 msk Sweetener
0.66 krm Salt
1 krm Cinnamon
6 msk Philadelphia light
1 dl Vanilla quark 0,2%
1.5 dl Water
0.25 dl Fun light strawberry
2 tsk Potato flour
2 dl Low-fat milk

Instructions
1. Start with the sauce if cold is desired; Mix a little of the water with the potato flour and stir.
2. Then add the rest and heat in a pan.
3. Remove from the plate when the desired consistency is achieved; It should not boil! Then let cool and place in the fridge.
4. Cook rice. (Should ideally have been cooked for 15 min).
5. Mix this in a microwave-friendly bowl with the other ingredients, except cream cheese and quark.
6. Set in the microwave for 20 min at approx. 450W, then take out and mix in the rest.
7. Serve with the fruit sauce, cinnamon and milk!
