Blueberry muffin oats

Ingredients
1 dl Whole grain oat flour
1 tbs Sweetener
1 tsp Grated lemon zest
1 tsp Salt
0.5 dl Low-fat milk
2 dl Vanilla quark 0,2%
0.66 tsp Vanilla extract
3 tbs Philadelphia light
1 dl Blueberry frozen
1 st Biscuit digestive sugar free
Instructions
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Add in milk, vanilla extract, lemon zest, blueberries and Philadelphia and stir thoroughly.
3. Add the quark and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture into a suitable bowl.
4. Finally, crumble over the digestive biscuit on top and serve.
