Burrata pasta
Portions: 2
Ingredients
2 portions fresh pasta (200 g)
1 can of cherry tomatoes (140 g)
500 gr crushed tomatoes
1 yellow onion (ca 100 g)
2 clove of garlic (ca 10 g)
0.6 cups fresh basil
2 burrata cheese (100 g each)
Olive oil for frying (ca 1 tbsp)
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Boil the pasta and cut the onion and garlic finely.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Fry the onions and tomatoes.
Add the crushed tomatoes.
Cut the fresh basil and add to the tomato sauce with salt and pepper.
Cock on low heat for 20 minutes.
Serve the pasta with the tomato sauce and the burrata on the top.
