Ingredients
50 g Mixed salad
50 g Cucumber
50 g Cherry tomatoes
1 st Peach
1 st Burrata
10 g Walnuts
10 g Croutons
1 tsk Honey
Instructions
1. Cut the vegetables and peach into bite-sized pieces, then place them in a deep plate or bowl.
2. Add the burrata on top.
3. Sprinkle the walnuts and croutons over the salad.
4. Drizzle with honey just before serving.
