Noodle salad with shrimps
Portions: 5
Ingredients
200 g Cellophane noodles
100 g carrots
4 scallions
100 g cabbage
100 g reg cabbage
350 g shrimps
Dressing:
3/4 cup Japanese soy
1/2 cup rice vinegar
3 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp honey
Chilli och 2 garlic cloves
Toping:
1 pot cilantro
20 g fried onion flakes
Instructions
Mix the dressing in a jar.
Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
Cut up the vegetables and mix everything in a bowl.
Pour over the dressing and top with cilantro and fried onion flakes. Serve and enjoy!
