Noodle salad with shrimps

Ingredients
200 g Glass noodles uncooked
1 st Carrot
4 st Green onions
100 g White cabbage
100 g Red cabbage
350 g Shrimps peeled
1 dl Japanese soy sauce
0.5 dl Rice vinegar
3 msk Sesame oil
2 msk Honey
2 st Garlic clove
Red chili
Cilantro fresh
20 g Fried onions
Instructions
1. In a jar, mix together the ingredients for the dressing.
2. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
3. Slice the vegetables and combine everything in a bowl.
4. Pour over the dressing and toss gently. Top with cilantro and fried onions.
5. Serve and enjoy!
