Burrata pasta

Ingredients
200 g Pasta fresh
140 g Cherry tomatoes
500 g Canned crushed tomatoes
1 st Onion
2 st Garlic clove
0.5 dl Basil fresh
2 st Burrata
1 msk Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Instructions
1. Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until soft and fragrant.
3. Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for a few minutes. Then add the crushed tomatoes and stir well.
4. Add the chopped basil, salt, and pepper. Reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer gently for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve the pasta with the tomato sauce and the burrata on the top.
6. Serve the pasta with fresh basil if desired, and season with salt and pepper.
