Cured ham and burrata pinsa

Ingredients
1 st Pinsa
4 tbs Tomato paste
100 g Cherry tomatoes
50 g Shredded light cheese 12%
1 st Burrata
200 g Ham air-dried
1 handful Arugula
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Place the pinsa bread on a baking sheet.
3. Spread with tomato paste.
4. Add cherry tomatoes, air-dried ham, and shredded cheese.
5. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
6. Serve with burrata and arugula if you like som extra flavor.
