30g Vanilla Protein OR ➡️ 100g Vanilla Quark + 1 tbsp Sweetene
Applesauce:
1/2 Apple
25g Water
1 tsp Sweetener
Serve with:
Unsweetened Almond Milk or a little 0.5% Low-fat Milk (not included)
Instructions
Slice the apple into smaller pieces and heat with water and sweetener in a saucepan over medium heat.
Heat for about 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, then blend or mash everything and let it cool to the desired temperature. (Consider making a larger batch the night before so that it's cool the next day)
Add wheat sprouts, oats, grated carrot, gingerbread spice, salt, and water to a saucepan.
Bring to a simmer and mix in the egg when it starts to thicken.
Remove from heat and finally add either vanilla protein or vanilla quark + sweetener.
