Gingerbread Porridge with Homemade Applesauce

Ingredients
0.74 dl Wheat germ
1.25 dl Oats
1 dl Carrot
0.5 msk Gingerbreadspice
1 krm Salt
2.5 dl Water
1 st Egg
0.33 dl Whey vanilla
0.5 st Apple
0.25 dl Water
1 tsk Stevia Sweet sweetener
Instructions
1. Slice the apple into small pieces and heat it with water and sweetener in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, then blend or mash the apple mixture, then let it cool to your desired temperature.
3. Add the wheat germ, oats, grated carrot, gingerbread spice, salt, and water to a saucepan.
4. Bring to a simmer and mix in the egg when it starts to thicken.
5. Remove from heat and stir in either the vanilla protein powder or vanilla quark + sweetener.
6. Serve with the applesauce!
