600 g Sirloin steak
2 msk Olive oil
4 st Egg
200 g Beetroot
Instructions
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into large cubes.
2. Peel and chop the onion and cut the meat into large cubes.
3. Fry the potatoes in olive oil, until they are soft and golden. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add the onion and meat, and fry for a few more minutes. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
5. Serve with fried eggs and pickled beets.
