Twisted fast oats

Ingredients
60 g oat flour
1 tbsp granulated sweetener
2/3 tsp Cardamom
Salt
1/4 cup low fat milk
200 g Vanilla quark 0.2%
1/2 tsp Vanilla Aroma
3 tbsp (45g) Light cream cheese 11%
70 g Strawberries (preferably diced)
1 digestive biscuit
Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Then add milk, vanilla flavoring and Philadelphia and stir well.
Then half of the quark is stirred down. Pour over the feast in a suitable bowl.
Then top with the rest of the quark, the strawberries and finally crumble over the Digestive biscuit!
