Make a cut in the center of the tortilla, cut outwards to the edge of the tortilla.
Add the fillings: divide the surface area into 4 parts and place your toppings. Start with the chicken on the first quarter, 2 tbsp ajvar on the second quarter, onion and cheese on the third and tomatoes on the last quarter.
Fold the chicken part over the ajvar, the ajvar part over the onion/cheese and so on. Toast the tortilla and serve!
