Ingredients
1.2 dl Whole grain oat flour
1 tbs Sweetener
0.66 tsp Cardamom
1 ml Salt
0.5 dl Low-fat milk
2 dl Vanilla quark 0,2%
0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
3 tbs Philadelphia light
0.66 dl Strawberries frozen
1 st Biscuit digestive sugar free
Instructions
1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add the milk, vanilla extract, and Philadelphia, then stir well until smooth.
3. Stir in half of the quark, then pour the mixture into a serving bowl.
4. Top with the remaining quark and the strawberries, and finish by crumbling the Digestive biscuit over the top.
