Raw razorz with shrimps

Ingredients
400 g grated potato
25 g butter
100 g shrimps
1/2 chopped red onion
4 tbsp creme fraiche light
2 lemon slices
20 g lumpfish roe
Instructions
Split the grated potato in 2
Press together into 2 cakes
Fry in butter
Serve the potato cake with shrimps, red onions, creme fraiche light, lumpfish roe and a lemon slice on top.
