Healthy burger bowl

Ingredients
600 g Ground beef 12%
600 g Sweet potato
4 st Salad
100 g Cucumber
2 st Tomato
1 st Avocado
0.5 dl Crème fraîche light
0.5 package Creamy white cheese whole piece 17%
Salt
Black pepper
1 tsp Olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Slice the sweet potato and spread the slices on a baking tray.
3. Bake in the oven for about 20–30 minutes, until the sweet potatoes are soft and lightly golden.
4. While the sweet potatoes are cooking, prepare the rest.
5. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and shape into burgers.
6. Dice the cucumber and avocado. Chop the lettuce and halve the tomatoes.
7. Mix the feta cheese with crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the burgers over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve everything in a deep plate or bowl and enjoy!
