Saffron-/ gingerbread balls

Ingredients
10 dates
1/4 cup almond flour
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons warm water
1/2 cup oats
1 teaspoon gingerbread spice mix alt. 0.5 g saffron
Chopped almonds to roll the balls in
Instructions
Remove the seeds from the dates and mix them with the almond flour, coconut oil and water in a mixer.
Add the oats and the spice mix, roll into balls and coat with the chopped almonds.
