Ingredients
80 g Tuna fillet
50 g Jasmine rice
1 dl Mango frozen
1 dl Red cabbage
1 dl Edamame beans
0.5 st Avocado
0.33 st Cucumber
1 msk Ginger pickled
1 msk Cilantro fresh
1 tsk Sesame oil
1 msk Japanese soy sauce
1 tsk Sesame seeds (hulled)

Instructions
1. Cut the tuna into cubes and let it marinate in the fridge for 30–40 minutes.
2. Cook the rice, then allow it to cool.
3. Slice the avocado and thinly slice the cucumber.
4. Place the rice in a bowl and arrange the tuna, mango, edamame beans, avocado, red cabbage, cucumber, pickled ginger, and fresh cilantro on top.
5. Enjoy your poké bowl!
