Ingredients
80 g raw tuna
50 g uncooked jasmin rice
1/3 cup frozen mango cubes
1/3 cup edamame beans
1/2 avocado (ca 75g)
1/2 cup red cabbage (with or without vinegar)
Sliced cucumber
1 tbsp pickled ginger
1 tbsp cilantro
Marinade:
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon japanese soy
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Chiliflakes
Instructions
Cut the tuna in cubes and let it marinate in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
Boil the rice and let it cool.
Arrange everything together in a bowl and enjoy!
