- 1 dl Cottage cheese mini
- 1 dl Vanilla quark 0,2%
- 30 g Philadelphia light
- 4 st Strawberries
- 3 st Strawberries
- 1 st Biscuit digestive sugar free
Instructions
- 1. Blend quark, cottage cheese, philadelphia, and strawberries into a smooth cream.
- 2. Top with chopped strawberries and crumbled digestive biscuits.
- 3. Enjoy right away, or freeze for about 3 hours for a firmer texture.
