Ingredients
- 100 g cottage cheese
- 100 g of vanilla quark/greek yoghurt
- 30 g cream cheese Light
- 4 chopped strawberries
- Optional: Sweetener
- 3 chopped strawberries
- 1-2 crumbled sugar-free digestive biscuits
Instructions
- Blend together quark, cottage cheese, Philadelphia, 4 chopped strawberries, and sweetener.
- Top with strawberries and crumbled digestive biscuits.
- Mix together and consume immediately or store in the freezer for approximately 3 hours.
