Salmon rolls sushi style

Ingredients
200 g smoked salmon
100 g philadelphia cheese light
1/2 avocado (75 gram)
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Serve with:
Pickled ginger, soy sauce and wasabi.
Instructions
Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on a flat surface.
Overlap salmon to form a large rectangle.
Spread cream cheese over salmon, then place all the sliced avocado on top.
Roll everything together.
Place in the freezer for 5 minutes (makes it easier to slice), then slice with a sharp knife.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over.
Serve with pickled ginger, soy sauce and wasabi.
