Ingredients
200 g Cold smoked salmon
100 g Philadelphia light
0.5 st Avocado
2 msk Sesame seeds (hulled)
Ginger pickled
Soy sauce
Wasabi
Instructions
1. Place a layer of plastic wrap on a flat surface (e.g. a cutting board).
2. Overlapping the slices slightly into a large rectangle on the plastic wrap.
3. Spread Philadelphia cream cheese on top, then add sliced avocado.
4. Roll everything up tightly. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes (this makes it easier to slice).
5. Cut into pieces with a sharp knife. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with pickled ginger, soy sauce, and wasabi.
