Halloumi stroganoff

Ingredients
60 g Cooked short-grain rice
0.25 st Onion
80 g Halloumi
1 msk Tomato paste
100 g Canned crushed tomatoes
50 g Mini fraiche 5%
1 msk Water
0.25 st Vegetable stock
Salt
Black pepper
Instructions
1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
2. Peel, chop, and fry the onion.
3. Cut the halloumi into cubes and fry them with the onion until it's golden.
4. Add tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, cooking cream and water. Add the Bouillon cube and season with salt and pepper.
5. Finish with salt and pepper and, if desired, vegetable stock, and let the stroganoff simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
