
Hybrid Engine is designed for you who want to improve your cardiovascular fitness and train across all five heart rate zones. The program is especially suitable if you experience that your heart rate rises quickly, for example during running. Over these 8 weeks, the goal is to help you better manage your heart rate and gain a deeper understanding of how your heart responds to training.
Hybrid Engine combines strength training and cardiovascular training to make you well-rounded and physically prepared overall.
Note: To follow the program’s recommendations, you need a reliable way to measure your heart rate, such as a heart rate monitor or sports watch.

Cardio: 3 out of 4 sessions per week include cardiovascular training. The SkiErg, rowing machine, and running are recurring elements, performed at low, moderate, and high intensity.
Sessions: Workouts are structured with cardio and strength training divided into distinct blocks.
