Beginner is a guide with focus on getting started and learn technique. Its a guide for you who are a beginner but feel ready to take on our training.

Focus: Get started, learn technique
Cardio: High intense cardio sessions
Sessions: Mix between compound movements, different reps, supersets and cardio.
Workout split: The muscle groups are divided into a 4-split. 1 leg session, 1 chest/delts/triceps session, 1 cardio/core session and 1 back/biceps session.
